For the 24th year in a row, hot air balloons were part of the Danville, KY Brass Band Festival. This year 28 balloons flew into Stuart Powell Field on the south side of Danville. Charlie Hurst put his grass seed marker just 14″ from the center of the target. Second place went to John Hitron, and third place was Jery Copas.
